Up to 30 days free — 7 on monthly plans, 30 when you prepay a year. Card required, you won't be charged until the trial ends · cancel anytime

Track & Bill schedule on a phone: today's cleaning visits with Arrived, Left and Bill buttons

“Did the cleaner come today?”

The house looks the same at 6 PM either way.

The fee was agreed months ago.

So why is billing still a text thread?

Trust is the whole business.

You’re in their home when they’re not.

Track & Bill answers it for them: arrived, done, billed.

The loop

Set it up once. Run it from the doorstep.

Step 1

Set the client up

The service, the cycle, the agreed fee — or bill by time on site. Clients get a heads-up email the day before.

Step 2

Arrived. Left.

Two taps. Your client gets a short email with the time — and a GPS check-in when your phone shares it.

Step 3

The invoice sends itself

Tap Left and the invoice goes out for the agreed fee — or the time you were there — with the next visit on it. No math on the doorstep.

Watch it work

Arrive. Clean. Tap. On to the next house.

Arrived, cleaned, Left, billed — the client saw all of it. Every screen is the real app.

That’s 24 invoices — each one a tap on Bill for the fee you already agreed. Not an evening of writing them up.

Bill your clients this way

Built around a cleaning schedule

Cycles, skipped weeks and vacations are normal here — not exceptions.

  • Weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or monthly — each client on their own cycle
  • Client cancels a week? Skip moves the visit to the next date. Vacation? Pause, then resume.
  • The date rolls forward automatically every time you bill — nothing to reschedule by hand
  • Rate agreements are there if you want them — per visit or per hour

Getting paid

The invoice is real, and it always matches the fee you agreed.

  • Invoices go by email with the PDF attached, or by text from your own number
  • Clients pay through your own Stripe link, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal
  • Invoice links open in any browser — no account, no app, no login on their side
  • The invoice is for exactly the fee you agreed — the app already knows it

Questions

How do the arrival and departure notices work?

Tap 📍 Arrived when you get there and 🏁 Left when you’re done. Each tap emails your client a short notice with the time of day, and — when your phone shares its location — a GPS check-in. It sends one arrived and one left email per visit, per day, so nobody’s inbox gets flooded.

Why would my clients want that?

Because most cleaning happens while they’re out. The notices answer the question they’d otherwise have to ask: did the cleaner come, when, and for how long was someone there. Your client always knows — arrived, done, billed.

Do my clients have to install anything?

No. They get an email, or a text from your own phone number. Invoices open from a link in any browser — no account, no app, no login on their side.

What happens when a client skips a week?

Tap Skip and the visit moves to the next date on that client’s cycle. Going on vacation? Pause the schedule and resume when you’re back — nothing gets billed while it’s paused.

Can I bill by the hour instead of a flat fee?

Yes — rate agreements are optional and support per-visit or per-hour rates. Most cleaners set one flat fee per client and never think about it again, but the hourly option is there.

How do clients pay?

Through a Pay online button pointed at your own Stripe account — the money goes straight to you, never through us — or by Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal from the invoice.

Is there a phone app?

It installs from the browser on iPhone or Android — no app store. Open the site, add it to your home screen, and it runs full-screen between houses.

What does it cost?

$19.99 a month, or $120/yr billed annually, after a free trial of up to 30 days — card required, you won't be charged until the trial ends — and a 5-day money-back guarantee once you do subscribe. Unlimited clients and invoices on the one plan.
