Set the price once.
Then just tap Bill.

Invoicing night at the kitchen table.
Sunday, 9 PM. Every week.
“Did you come this week?”
They’d know, if anyone told them.
The price was agreed months ago.
So why is billing still work?
Track & Bill turns the whole thing into one tap.
The loop
Set it up once. Run it from the truck.
Step 1
Set it up once
The service, how often, the next date, and the fee — flat per visit or by time on site. No line items, no quote templates.

Step 2
They know you’re coming
A heads-up email goes out the evening before. Or tap to text them from your own phone.

Step 3
Arrived. Left. Billed.
Tap Arrived and the customer gets a GPS check-in email. Tap Left and the invoice writes itself, emails out with the next visit date, and the schedule rolls forward.

Watch it work
Mow. Tap. Drive to the next one.
Your month, billed in taps
Drag the sliders. The math happens on this page and goes nowhere else.
Billed per month
$3,960
That’s 72 invoices — each one a tap on Bill for the fee you already agreed. Not an evening at the kitchen table.

Cycles, rain days and vacations are normal here — not exceptions.
- Weekly, every 2 weeks, every 4 weeks, or monthly — each customer on their own cycle
- Rain day? Skip moves the visit to the next date. Vacation? Pause, then resume.
- Bill early for an off-schedule job — the upcoming visit stays on the books
- Regular invoices are still there for one-off work: cleanups, hauling, hourly jobs
Getting paid

- Customers pay by card through your own Stripe link, Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal

Questions
What happens on a rain day?
Tap Skip and the visit moves to the next date on that customer’s cycle. Going on vacation? Pause the schedule and resume when you’re back — nothing gets billed while it’s paused.
Do my customers have to install anything?
No. They get an email, or a text from your own phone number. Invoices open from a link in any browser — no account, no app, no login on their side.
How do the day-before reminders work?
Reminders are on or off per customer. When they’re on, Track & Bill emails the customer a short heads-up the evening before a visit — automatically. And either way, the 💬 button gives you a pre-written reminder text that sends from your own phone, so it comes from a number they know.
What about one-off jobs — cleanups, hauling, extra work?
The regular invoice wizard is still there. Log hours against a job or add line items and send it like any other invoice. The one-tap Bill button is for the recurring flat-fee visits.
How do customers pay?
By card through a Pay online button pointed at your own Stripe account — the money goes straight to you, never through us — or by Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal from the invoice. Cash or check works too: you record it against the invoice, including partial payments.
Is there a phone app?
It installs from the browser on iPhone or Android — no app store. Open the site, add it to your home screen, and it runs full-screen from the truck.
What does it cost?
$19.99 a month, or $120/yr billed annually, after a free trial of up to 30 days — card required, you won't be charged until the trial ends — and a 5-day money-back guarantee once you do subscribe. Unlimited customers and invoices on the one plan.
Billing something other than yards? Track & Bill also comes set upfor consulting and for sitting.
